Hello there and welcome! Sometimes life can get in the way of experiencing all that there is to enjoy...that's where I come in.
My goal as your therapist is to help you identify your inner strength to keep pressing forward and kick life in the butt! I've been working in healthcare for just about 10 years and a practicing behavioral health provider for 5 years. I LOVE working with all adults and specialize in navigating the African American experience for healthcare professionals.
